At the 2010 Intel Developer Forum, Ocosmos has showcased their upcoming OCS1 ultra-mobile PC, a full function computer with a 4.8-inch touch display, a slide-out keyboard, and Windows 7 OS.
The Ocosmos OCS1 is based on Intel’s next generation “Oak Trail” platform for UMPCs and includes a 32GB solid state drive, a front-facing 1.3MP and a rear 3MP camera, 802.11g Wi-Fi, and a USB port. It is also expected to support 3G connectivity.
Besides the 1024 x 600 capacitive touchscreen and QWERTY keyboard, there are two control pads on each side of the device.
Ocosmos says they expect to release the OSC1 in Q1 of 2011.
