HTC has unveiled the HTC Flyer, the company’s first tablet device.

The HTC Flyer has a 7-inch multitouch 1024×600 display and runs Android 2.4 “Gingerbread” OS with HTC Sense user interface and HTC Scribe digital pen input technology. It includes a 1.5GHz single-core processor, 1GB of RAM, and 32GB of internal storage.

The 0.92-pound tablet supports mobile broadband, 802.11n Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 3.0 connectivity, and has a 5MP web camera on the back and a front-facing 1.3MP cam. Its battery provides “four hours” of video playback on a single charge.

There are also stereo speakers with SRS virtual surround sound, a GPS receiver, G sensor, digital compass, a Micro SD card slot, and a digital pen.

The HTC Flyer will be available globally during Q2 2011. There’s no word on pricing.

Acer has announced the 10.1-inch Aspire One D260 and Aspire One 533 netbooks, as well as 11.6-inch Aspire One 753 ultraportable.

The Acer Aspire One D260 (AOD260) features the 1.66GHz Intel Atom N450 / N455 processor, 1GB RAM, up to 250GB of hard drive space, a 1024×600 display, Wi-Fi, optional Bluetooth 3.0, and Windows 7 or optional dual-boot Google Android / Windows 7 OS configuration.

The Aspire One 533 (AO533) netbook comes with the Atom N455 or N470 1.83GHz CPU, support for DDR3 memory, a 250GB hard disk, 1024×600 or 1280×720 display, integrated Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0 and 3G options, an HDMI port, and claimed 10 hours of battery life on a single charge.

Acer’s 753 (AO753) includes the Intel Celeron U3400 ULV CPU, Intel HD graphics with 128MB dedicated memory, 4GB of DDR3 RAM, a 640GB HDD, 1366×768 display, Wi-Fi, optional Bluetooth and 3G, and an HDMI output.

There’s no info on pricing and availability dates.
